THE DROUGHT IS OVER. Kyle Schwarber, Aaron Nola and the Fightin’ Phillies punched their ticket to the playoffs on Monday with a 3-0 victory over the Houston Astros.. That wraps up an 11-year postseason drought for a team that looked to be bottoming out in May. More than 4,000 days after Ryan Howard crumbled to the ground with a torn Achillies as the Phils were knocked out of the 2011 postseason we are just days away from the beginning of another playoff run. It’s going to be a tough road with the better than ever Dodgers holding the one seed, the defending Champion Braves and the Mets with the best rotation in baseball also possibly in the way, but we are just PUMPED to have some meaningful baseball in October. We’ll get kicked of likely against St. Louis on Friday but let’s take a few moments to enjoy this. You bet its time to RING THE BELL!
In this Episode:

- Nola/Alvarado/Eflin dominate
